Senior Partner and Business Development
As President of CRG I oversee day to day operations. I manage administration and financial operations for CRG. I am an active member of our sales team, working primarily on sales support and business development. I coordinate and implement logistical work when necessary for the CRG clients. I like hats.
Partner and Brand Operations
Jeff has been in the food industry for the past 30 years in relevant roles and channels. Jeff is was a senior partner at Action Brand Management. Jeff has also worked as an COO, SVP and VP in sales, marketing, brand launches and product development in the retail food channel and as a Senior Director in the food service channel. Jeff has created, marketed and sold items around the world. Some of the brands that are on his list are Glutino, Ian’s Natural Foods, MilkMakers, and Wellaby’s among others. Jeff has also worked with large Food Service establishments including Aramark and Sodexho.
Joseph M Cooney
R & D and Ingredient Director
My passion for bakery products started over 30 yrs ago, from small independents, larger grocery chains, large name brand R&D, bakery equipment development and now owning my own Shared Kitchen, Manufacturing & Co-packing business. My love to come up with new products and flavors to support the public imagination and taste buds.
Peggy O’Shea Kochenbach MBA, RDN, LDN
Director of PR and Social Media
Peggy specializes in developing strategic and impactful communications programs for food & beverage and healthy lifestyle brands. Creating and executing strategic integrated communications initiatives for global, national, start-up and niche clients alike, her experience includes brand positioning, message development, earned media results, social engagement, product launches, influencer engagement, and owned channel integration. A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and admitted foodie, Peggy has also been widely quoted in local and national media as a trusted nutrition expert.
Brand Design and Creative partner
CRG is proud to collaborate with Bill Goodwin and Goodwin Design Group. Bill and his team at Goodwin have experience consulting with, creating and refreshing many of the worlds’ most loved brands. He has worked with many food companies, from global leaders including Campbell’s Soup, Frito-Lay, General Mills, Hain’s Celestial Group and Hershey Foods among others, to startups and younger companies including Don’t Go Nuts, Ian’s Natural Foods, Rule Breaker Snacks, Soulfull Project, Yummy Spoonfuls, Ziggy Marley Organics, and many others.
At home or at his farmhouse studio, Bill enjoys spending time and collaborating with his team, as well as his wife Shawne and their four kids – and Louie, their duly-spoiled golden retriever.
Partner and Sales/Promotions Management
Michael brings his decades of experience from both sides of the retail spectrum. Michael owned and operated his own Natural Food stores in NYC as well as operated Wild Oats and Whole Foods Markets. Michael went on and continues to have success on the manufacturing side working with Ian’s Natural Foods, Glutino, Eden Foods and Biokleen. Michael has worked regionally and nationally with retailers, distributors and brokers. Engages with brands to ensure proper promotions and continually thinks outside the box to maximize sales potential. Michael resides in Charlotte, NC and has a set of twins at home! ( girl and boy)!
Maureen has a tremendous amount of experience in beverage & snacks. With over 20 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, Maureen has been classically trained by Danone, Kraft & Starbucks. She really enjoys working with small brands and building brands quickly. Some of the brands she has worked on include: Evian Water, Tazo Tea, Tea Forte’, Glutino, Ian’s Natural foods, Oscar Mayer, Pretzel Crips, & Gratify Gluten Free Brand. Maureen has nationally worked in all channels of trade. (Natural, Specialty, Grocery, Big Box, Grocery, Alternative, Food Service, Club, and Drug Channels)
When she’s not working she’s playing with her son Sully, a 15 month year old year old yellow Labrador
After several years in management, festival and special event planning, and running his own business, David comes to CRG with a multi-disciplinary approach to client relations and sales. When he’s not taking care of his customers, David is often found sneaking off to see new things and taste new flavors.
Brand Support Specialist
Lindsay works with the CRG team on telemarketing, email blasts, trade shows and brand support. Lindsay also likes walking her dog, Charlie with Lola, Jeff and Hillary’s dog.
